As General Counsel, Courtney advises the bundle executive management team on new and existing laws and legal rights that could impact the functionality of the business. In addition to overseeing the legal matters of the business as a whole and acting as bundle’s legal representative, Courtney is responsible for maintaining the relationship with all Of Counsel attorneys.

Courtney is a 2021 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. During her time in law school, she was an Editor for the Buffalo Law Review and the Vice President of the Buffalo Sports & Entertainment Law Society. Under this agreement, a360inc, a leading technology and outsourcing solutions provider to the legal and financial services industries, will manage back-office functions such as human resources, finance & accounting and technology managed services.
