Founded by Frank P. Dec, Esq., bundle began in 2003 as American National Abstract and became ANAdeeds in 2010, providing legal documents to the settlement industry.

Our Founder & CEO
Frank P. Dec
has extensive experience in Real Estate Law and entrepreneurship. He is a licensed attorney, title insurance agent and real estate broker. Frank has personally conducted over 10,000 real estate closings as the bank attorney for various lending institutions.
He is a New York State licensed Title Insurance Agent, and a New York State licensed Real Estate Broker. His businesses handle transactions nationwide and since 2003, have facilitated over 400,000 property transfers valued at over $1 Billion.
Frank is a 1996 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, receiving a Certificate in Taxation from the Law School while working closely with the New York State Law Revision Commission. He attended the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts.
Frank is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York. He has published numerous articles in trade magazines and is also a frequent speaker on various topics concerning the law.
